Banana Bread High Protein LowCarb

 Ingredients:

 2 cups of Keto Sandwich Bready Mix

 1 teaspoon of baking soda

1 pinch of salt

1/4 cup of brown sugar

1/2 cup melted butter

2 beaten eggs

2 but for more consistency 3 overripe bananas mashed

 

Instructions: 

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Beat brown sugar and butter in a separate bowl until smooth. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Combine both mixes and then pour batter into a loaf pan.

bake in the preheated oven for 60 mins. Insert a knife and if it comes clean, then its ready. Let banana loaf cool down in a wire rack before slicing it.

 

Pancakes High Protein LowCarb

Ingredients:

1.5 cups of Keto Sandwich Bready Mix

3.5 teaspoons of baking powder

1/2 tablespoon of brown or white sugar (preferably brown)

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1 1/4 cups of milk (almond or out milk works as well)

3 tablespoons of melted butter

1 egg

1 banana in slices

 

Instructions:

In a bowl mix all ingredients until smooth.

Heat a griddle or pan over low heat and add a little bit of oil. Pour a scoop of the batter onto the griddle. Add banana slices through out the pancake and let on one side for about  3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for another 3 to 4 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
