Ingredients: Protein mix (wheat protein, soy protein, lupine protein), Soy grits, Linseeds, Sunflower seeds, Wholemeal wheat flour, Soy flour, Wheat bran, Apple fibre, Sesame, Salt, Barley malt flour, Soy lecithin, Yeast. Allergy Information: May contain egg, milk and hazelnut.

Baking Instructions:

Mix: Combine Bready Mix Multigrain (15.06 OZ / 427g) with 1.5 cups (360ml) of HOT tap water. Mix for 8 minutes with a mixer at low. Preheat oven to 400F. Mix for additional 10 minutes at medium.

Bake: After mixing, fit dough into a non-stick loaf pan (approx. 9x4x3’’ size) or for artisanal loaf, shape dough round as a ball. Ensure NO air pockets / cracks are seen from outside. Fill 1-2 oven-proof containers such as a baking tin, a glass or a mug with very hot water. Place your Bready dough on a parchment lined wire rack and bake together with the water containers in your oven at 380-400F for 45-50 minutes. Let cool down completely on a wire rack. Bready To Go!

Mix: Combine the Bready Mix Multigrain (15.06 OZ / 427g) with 1.5 Cups (360 ml) of HOT tap water in a large bowl. Mix with a mixer at medium or thoroughly by hand for 10-12 mins. Once complete, dough should come out lightly moisty and sticky.

Rest: Preheat your oven to 100° F – 150° F. Place dough in a NON-stick loaf pan (approx. 9x4x3’’ size) or for artisanal loaf shape dough round as a ball. Ensure NO air pockets or cracks are seen from outside. Cover with a kitchen towel and transfer on a parchment lined wire rack. Let it rest inside your preheated oven for 45 mins. Dough should grow in size.

Bake: Remove kitchen towel and heat oven up to 375° F. Fill an ovenproof container such as a baking tin or a mug with hot water and place inside the oven. Bake it for 45-50 mins until the top is brown and crusty. Remove it from oven, take out of loaf pan and let completely cool down on a wire rack. GUTEN APPETIT!
