Ingredients: Protein mix (wheat protein, soy protein, lupine protein), Soy grits, Soy bran, Sugar (sucrose from sugar beet), Oat fibre, Salt, Sunflower lecithin, Yeast. Allergy Information: May contain egg and milk.

Mix: Combine the Bready Mix with 1 1/3 Cups (320 ml) of warm water in a large bowl. Mix with a mixer at medium or thoroughly by hand for 7-8 mins. Once complete, dough should come out smooth and firm.
Rest: Cover dough with a kitchen towel and let it rest and rise at room temperature for 15 mins. Cut and shape dough into 6-8 equal round buns. Place buns in a NON-stick baking dish or press into a bun baking mold. Let rest for another 25 mins.
Bake: Preheat oven to 350° F. Once preheated use your fingers to moisten top of buns with water. Bake it for 20-30 mins until their top is lightly brown. Remove from oven. Stick a clean knife into center of the buns. If knife comes out clean: It’s Bready To Go! Take the buns out of pan and let cool down on a wire rack. GUTEN APPETIT!
